Our Team.

Nicole Keane, MS LMT, has been practicing advanced manual therapy techniques and trauma informed care for orthopedic as well as autonomic and emotional concerns since 2002. She has a background in healthcare and environmental policy, and has taken several leadership roles in non-profit organizations over many years. She has developed significant treatment theories and techniques that are based on her clinical research and the philosophy that "trauma cannot be healed with more trauma." Her current work is dedicated to the education and delivery of these theories and techniques to shift away from  the power over paradigm that is prevalent in much of modern western medicine and many current methods of  trauma informed care. For more information about Nicole her CV can be viewed by clicking here.

Gail's years of  experience in the fields of education, massage, and yoga give her a unique ability to provide therapeutic, professional techniques and guidance with the utmost care. She has skills and experience in assisting people of all ages and backgrounds, with patience and understanding. She has been enriched by wise teachers who have given her the curiosity to continue studying, and the confidence to channel their wisdom into every treatment, training, and class that she facilitates. "I truly enjoy sharing the knowledge that I have acquired over the decades, and love collaborating with others to provide the best information and healing so others can thrive."
